Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less the card processing fee (which is 1.2% + £0.20) within a certain amount of days (usually 2 business days).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Event Tickets

If possible, try to re-sell your unwanted tickets as this will save you the fees listed above.

Please inform us of any tickets re-sold elsewhere so as we can update the ticket holder information.

Unused tickets are non-refundable, after the event date has passed.
